DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR: Sundays from 9:30 to 10:20am: While our children attend their CONNECT classes upstairs in the South Wing, adults gather in two different groups throughout the building. Our curriculum is called The Gospel Project, and it’s a chronological study of the Bible beginning in Genesis. We are currently in Year three, studying the four Gospels and the book of Acts. Our children and teens use the same curriculum, taught at their levels. Come a few minutes early to get a cup of coffee before you head to your group!
God of Creation: A study of Genesis 1-11
Thursday Mornings – September 12-November 21 – 9:15 -11:00am, at SRCC
Joy in the Midst: A study of Philippians
Tuesday evenings – September 17-November 5 – 5:30-7:15pm at the Reimer home; a light supper is included.
RSVP to attend either of these Bible studies by going to the calendar page and clicking on the event.
(Snow Policy: If Rochester Public Schools cancels classes OR if they are on more than a 2-hour delay, the Thursday morning Bible Study will not meet. If the delay is 2 hours or less, we will meet for those who are able to get there. For news of cancellation of the evening study, contact Sonja Reimer.)
We have several adult small groups that meet at various times. If you’re interested in being part of a small group, contact Ron Peterson, one of our Elders.
Some of our men get together on Wednesdays from 11:00am to 12:30pm, often at an area restaurant. E-mail Shawn Hanson or Chris Roberts for information. Join the SRCC Men’s Group on Facebook – CLICK HERE.
